How does it work?
How long do I have to report a claim if my holiday is cancelled?
You must notify GBC Montagne within five working days of the event giving rise to the cover.
What happens in the event of an accident?
Carré Neige will cover the cost of any professional assistance you require to rescue or search for you, or to provide you with first aid.
What should I do if I need to be repatriated?
Beyond 150 km, if your state of health requires it, you can request repatriation by calling Europ Assistance on 01 41 85 85 96.
Less than 150 km and on the day of the accident: in order to obtain cover or reimbursement, you can contact the Carré Neige management centre on 04 79 07 36 11 or 04 79 07 36 12.

How do I get my ski lesson refund?
Complete the claims form available on the Carré Neige website or in Carré Neige sales outlets within 8 days and send it, together with supporting documents, to the following address:
