Advice for parents
To ensure your stay with esf Arc 1800 is smooth and enjoyable, we recommend you take note of the following tips.
For the well-being of your child, please remember to :
- Equip them properly with an anorak, hat or cap, mittens, sunglasses, sun cream, and handkerchiefs.
- Adjust their clothing based on the weather: use appropriate gear like sunglasses and sun cream in good weather, and ski masks in bad weather.
- Helmets are strongly recommended for all children on the slopes.
- Avoid following lessons or calling out to your child during their lessons.
- Let the instructors handle class changes if needed.
- Remember, your child is on holiday to have fun, so respect their pace and avoid pushing them too hard.
- Don’t forget to pack a snack and your mobile phone number!
General information
To ensure that the classes run smoothly, please follow these guidelines:
- Present your lesson card or ticket at the meeting point for lessons.
- At the start of each lesson, show the instructor the ticket for that specific day and time.
- Arrive on time at the meeting point, whether for group or private lessons; any delay will be included in the lesson.
- Ensure you have a valid ski pass for the lessons.
- Be suitably equipped and properly dressed for the conditions.

Group lessons and courses at esf Arc 1800 are available from Sunday to Friday (6 days). If you arrive on a Sunday, you can book lessons for 5 days. Please submit your booking request using the Order Form.
